They can't already be published... in another publication.

They can be from ANYTIME IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS - yeah, thats a big window, but this is our first time so we'll try it out.

3. HAVE FUN! Oh yeah, theres a SECOND PLACE prize of either $50, or a restored film camera. Your choice.
